At Vibe In Cart, we value our customers and strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help!

Return Policy

General Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund (or store credit if preferred). Items must be unused, in new condition, and include all original packaging, manuals, parts, and tags. All approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method unless a store credit is requested during the return process.

Return Exceptions

Please note the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Discounted, Clearance & Final Sale Items
  • Beauty Products (Must be unused and returned in unopened original packaging within 30 days)
  • Personal Care & Hygiene Products
  • Food and Beverage Products (Perishable & Organic Goods)
  • Pharmaceuticals or Health Supplements

Damaged/Defective Orders

Damages or defects must be reported within 7 calendar days of receiving the order. We will provide a replacement or a full refund and cover all applicable shipping costs for damaged or defective items. Please submit all requests through our Returns Portal or via email.

Shortages/Wrong Orders

Shortages or incorrect items must be reported within 7 calendar days of receiving the order. We will promptly ship the missing item or correct the error at no additional shipping cost.

Restocking and Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Returns received after 30 days may incur a 15% restocking fee. For bulk or wholesale items, a minimum 15% restocking fee applies.

If the return is due to an error on our behalf (wrong item, defective product), we will cover all applicable shipping costs. For international returns, additional customs fees or import duties (if any) are the customer's responsibility.

Shipping

Any approved return or exchange will be handled via our self-service portal. If your return submission is approved, Vibe In Cart will email your pre-paid shipping label (for US returns) or provide instructions for international returns. To return your product, follow the steps below:

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Request Return via Online Portal

Navigate to Vibe In Cart Returns Portal: https://vibeincart.com/pages/request-a-return-or-refund

Enter Order Information: Provide your order number (found in your order confirmation email or Vibe In Cart account) and your email/phone number. Remember to use the same email/phone number that was used to place the order.

Verify Your Item(s): Choose which item(s) you would like a refund or exchange for and select if you would like a store credit or money sent back to your original payment method.

Processing Time

  • For Exchanges: Once submitted, please allow up to 5 business days for our team to review. If your exchange is approved, your prepaid shipping label or instructions will be sent to your email.
  • For Returns: Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed after we receive it. Refunds will be issued within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or payment processor.

Request Return via Email

Request a Return Authorization (RMA): Email support@vibeincart.com with details of your return and photos of any damaged/defective items.

Receive RMA and Instructions: A Return Authorization Number and return instructions will be emailed to you within 48 hours.

Follow Return Instructions Carefully: Returns must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving the RMA number.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed for shipment. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible:
